Returns & Exchanges
Each piece from The Always Moissanite is individually crafted with precision and intention. Because our jewellery is made-to-order, often tailored to your preferences or rendered from scratch through a bespoke Computer-Aided Design (CAD), we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ring size provided by the customer.
Our commitment is to craftsmanship, transparency, and satisfaction. To honour that, we offer remedies in the rare case of quality concerns, provided the issue meets our return eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. To be eligible:
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The jewellery must be in unworn, original condition with no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and any certification (if applicable).
- The issue must not be rectifiable through our in-house jewellers (e.g. minor polishing, tightening, or adjustments).
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For legal and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Bespoke or custom-designed pieces, including any design developed via CAD or tailored to the client’s specifications.
- Rings that have been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase.
- Incorrect ring sizes submitted by the customer at time of order.
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, tampering, or unauthorised alterations.
- If there is evidence suggesting the product was intentionally modified or worn prior to the claim.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your piece has a legitimate defect, please contact us at info@thealwaysmoissanite.com with clear photographs and a detailed description. If a defect is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the piece at no charge, or
- Offer a replacement or store credit if repair is not possible.
Please note: Minor irregularities in hand-finished jewellery are not considered defects, they reflect the authenticity and artisanal nature of each piece.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we cannot be liable for lost or damaged returns.
